WellFoundations
Perfect for brand-new students, beginners, or anyone new to Pilates or The Village Well. This class focuses on equipment setup, fundamentals, alignment, breath, and foundational movement patterns. Taught at a slower, intentional pace to build confidence and body awareness.
FormWell
Our signature, all-levels Reformer Pilates class. Designed for students at various stages of experience, FormWell emphasizes intentional movement, controlled pacing, and seamless flow. Classes move at a moderate pace with options provided to support both newer and more experienced students.
FlexWell
An intermediate to advanced Reformer class focused on slow, controlled strength, long holds, and deep muscular endurance. Expect smaller ranges of motion, time under tension, and higher intensity while maintaining precision and form. Previous experience in FormWell or instructor approval is recommended.
Important: FlexWell includes advanced strength and movements, transitions, and positions such as planks, kneeling, standing, and weight-bearing on wrists and feet. Students should be comfortable supporting their body weight and moving through a faster, strength-forward flow.

Comfortable Attire: yoga or Pilates pants/leggings and tanks or tees recommended.
Footwear: Grip socks are mandatory. We have them for sale in the boutique.
-
First-Timers: arrive 5-10 minutes early for a brief studio tour and to settle in.
In general, we unlock the front door 10 minutes before a group class, or 5 minutes prior to a private session. If you get to your class more than 10 minutes early, there is a chance the door will still be locked.
-
We do not allow for late entry for any group class.
-
Group class cancellations: The Village Well has a 12 hour cancellation policy for group classes. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before class are considered early, and can be rescheduled.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of class, are considered late. If you are not going to make it to class, cancel at your soonest convenience to allow another student to take your spot.
No Shows: Absences to class without a cancellation (i.e. “no-show’s) result in a fee of $20. Your credit goes back onto your account.
Private session cancellation policy: Private, semi private, and private event sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Log into your online account to make the cancellation in real time. Do not email a cancellation request to ensure that it is processed right away (during the cancellation window).
If you need to cancel or miss your session outside of the 12 hour window, you will be charged for the full cost of the session or one will be deducted from your package.
