Move together, breathe together, laugh together.
Private group sessions at The Village Well are for friends, families, teams, and small groups who want a class that’s just for them. We’ll design a custom session based on your group’s goals, energy, and experience level—whether that’s a fun first-time Pilates experience, a team reset, or a regular standing small-group practice.

Why Private Groups at The Village Well?
The Village Well was created around the idea that we heal and grow best in community. Private group sessions are one way we live that out.
They’re a space for:
Teams to reconnect as humans, not just co-workers
Friends to trade “catch-up drinks” for something that leaves them feeling grounded and clear
Families to experience movement as care—not punishment
If your people are craving connection, nervous system-friendly movement, and a space that feels warm and real (not performative), we’d be honored to host you.
