As The Village Well prepares to open in Hamilton-Lauraville, we’re thoughtfully building our instructor community.

At this time, we are selectively connecting with instructors who align with our approach to movement and teaching. While we’re not running open calls year-round, we do welcome conversations with instructors who value clarity, presence, and community-centered care.

We look for teachers who:

• Lead with calm confidence

• Communicate clearly and accessibly

• Care about creating a welcoming experience for every client

• Appreciate consistency, intention, and thoughtful pacing

Experience is important. However, so is curiosity, warmth, and the ability to hold space in a room.

As our schedule grows, audition opportunities and teaching openings will be shared first with our email list and through our studio channels. Staying connected is the best way to hear about upcoming opportunities.
